NIX PEN INC Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with NIX PEN INC. We are committed to providing the best experience with our addiction therapy device. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items (if opened)

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at info@nixpen.com.
  2. Ship the Item: After receiving a return authorization, send your item to:

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will appear within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@nixpen.com.

Shipping Costs

  1. Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Prepaid Labels: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
